Announcement: Selling on eBay Workshop
By Ina Steiner
April 29, 2004

The John Bale Book Company in Waterbury, Connecticut will host a workshop on how to sell on eBay on May 15 from 2 - 4 pm at the John Bale Book Company bookstore on 158 Grand Street.

Ina Steiner, Editor of AuctionBytes.com, will give an overview and discuss eBay and other marketplaces, revealing the latest trends in the online-auction industry. She'll give specific tips on tools and services available to make selling more efficient, and will discuss resources to help you stay informed. Edith Reynolds, Editor of the Bookologist newsletter for online booksellers, will talk briefly on the specific challenges for online-booksellers. Phillip Davies, President of TIAS.com, will present a hands-on demo on taking better photos.

There will be a Question & Answer period, and participants will be able to keep the conversation going online after the event on the AuctionBytes.com discussion boards.

There is no cost to attend the event, but space is limited. To register, send an email to edith @ johnbalebooks.com (take out the spaces). Please include the following information:
Your name
